National Dairy Development Centre, Yusipang inaugurated the new Liquid Nitrogen Plant by His Excellency, the Hon’ble Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock on 3rd May 2023. The Deputy Chief of Mission from the Embassy of India to Bhutan, the Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, the Director of the Department of Livestock, and other officials from the Department graced the opening ceremony. The plant was purchased with budget support from the Government of India.
With the inauguration of the additional LN2 Plant, it is expected that the Capacity of LN2 production will be increased and the development of the dairy sector in the country will achieve a greater height.
